Who is responsible?

Campaign Shark AS, organisation number 936 548 660, Storgata 20, 2414 Elverum, is the controller for the personal data collected on this website. If you have any questions, you can write to adrian@campaignshark.no.

What information do we collect?

  • Contact form: name, email and, if provided, company, phone number and whatever you write in your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.

We don’t collect more than we need, and we never sell your data.

Why do we use the information?

We only use information from the contact form to respond to your enquiry and follow up the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or that you are requesting a quote (Article 6(1)(b)).

We only use your newsletter email address to send the newsletter, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long do we keep it?

Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed, and no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer. We keep your newsletter address until you unsubscribe.

Who processes the information for us?

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives the forms on our behalf. The fonts are stored on our own server, so no data is sent to a font service. Netlify is a data processor and is bound by agreements that meet the requirements of the GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. The first time you visit the site, we ask what you consent to. You can change your choice at any time under .

  • Necessary: Remember your choice in the cookie banner. These cannot be switched off, and are stored for 12 months.
  • Statistics: Help us understand how many people visit the site and which pages are used, for example with Google Analytics. Only used if you consent.
  • Marketing: Let us measure the effect of our ads and show more relevant ads, for example with Meta Pixel. Only used if you consent.

If you say no, no statistics or marketing tools are loaded, and the site works just as well.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of and deletion of the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict the processing. Send an email to adrian@campaignshark.no, and we’ll reply within 30 days.

If you believe we are processing your data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
