What exactly is a campaign?
A campaign is advertising for one thing you want to get out there – for example a product, an offer, an event or a job opening. We create the copy and images, choose who sees the ad, and publish it on the channels that suit it best.
What do the ads themselves cost on top?
The subscription covers the software or our work. The money that pays for showing the ads – the ad budget – you pay directly to Meta (and Google or TikTok if we run campaigns there for you) from your own ad account. You decide the amount yourself.
How quickly do the ads go live?
Once you've sent us what we need, the ads are created, set up and published within 48 hours.
How does the guarantee work?
Try us for 7 days. If you're not happy, you get your subscription money back. Unfortunately, we can't refund ad budget that has already been spent with Meta, Google or others.
I don't have an ad account. Is that a problem?
No, we'll sort that out together. We help you create the ad account, so it's in your name and you always have full control.
Am I locked in?
